When our CEOs moved to Phoenix, Arizona from Canada to establish their medical practices, they quickly faced the harsh realities of the American healthcare system. Like many small businesses, they struggled with rising insurance costs, and high out-of-pocket costs, making it unsustainable to provide quality health benefits to their employees. However, without these benefits, they risked losing qualified team members to larger competitors.

Unable to find an answer, they set out to create their own. We also conduct quarterly engagement surveys to get a health check on our team's satisfaction with their healthcare plan and wellness offerings.
